“Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti benissimo, check in rapido in cinque minuti, poi la ragazza che parlava benissimo l’italiano ci ha accompagnati nelle camere e ci ha spiegato in una maniera dettagliata tutto. La camera era impeccabile e disponeva di ogni comfort, il servizio era eccellente, il migliore che io abbia mai visto. Dall’asciugacapelli ghd ad ogni tipo di toiletries. “I would rather be given what I paid for rather than be treated nicely by staff after having had to complain. Booked two rooms, both had to be changed because they were not what were expected. I communicated with the Hotel about the need for two twin rather than one king bed and they would only say 'subject to availability'. On getting there, there were no twin beds. A complaint to the manager resulted in changing our room to one with twin beds the same night. So it was possible but they couldnt...
